Emergency Response Facility Donated To The Peter Lougheed Hospital

About 100 new spaces will be created for COVID-19 patients at the Peter Lougheed Centre in Calgary, the region of Alberta that has been hit hardest by the illness caused by the novel coronavirus.

A temporary structure, which adds up to 6,000 square feet of treatment space, was donated by Alberta-based Sprung Structures, Alberta Health Minister Tyler Shandro said Thursday.
