In 2008 , BC Corrections erected four Sprung structures each measuring 50’ x 215’ complete with a 26’ x 40’ connecting corridor, R28 fiberglass insulation system, and daylight panels in the peak to enhance the interior environment. Each Sprung structure has 27 rooms, designed to accommodate 54 beds, guard station, shower and washroom facilities, as well as a rest area.
