Tuhaye Golf Club is designed by PGA golf professional Mark O’Meara in 2004. The bent grass golf course overlooks the Jordanelle Reservoir and the back side of the world-class ski area, Deer Valley.
When Tuhaye Golf Club needed an immediate operating clubhouse and pro shop quickly – and they chose Sprung Instant Structures. The lease option was appealing as they viewed the clubhouse/pro shop and cart storage structure needs as temporary. Tuhaye undertook a two-year lease agreement imagining that at the end of the lease term their permanent clubhouse and pro shop would be complete. The Sprung clubhouse and pro shop were so well received by members that Tuhaye chose to use the two Sprung structures for an extended period of time, even pushing back the construction of the expanding facility in order to use that capital elsewhere into other project.
When the two-year lease period ended, Tuhaye exercised the buyout option. As the master plan for Tuhaye evolved, management easily relocated the cart storage structure to another area of the property.
