Challenge
- A federally-licensed producer and distributor of medical-grade cannabis were accelerating their pace of harvesting by increasing outdoor growing capacity. Additional production facilities were needed immediately at their outdoor location.
Solution
- 100’ wide x 500’ long Sprung structure shipped within 3 weeks of order. This Sprung structure is capable of drying, processing and storing more than 40 tons of dried cannabis. Sprung’s in house lease with the option to purchase was another deciding factor in choosing Sprung.
Results
- On October 16, 2019, WeedMD received Health Canada approval for a 50,000 square foot (4,645 square meters) cannabis processing facility.
