They embarked on an eight-month-long project that included a complete re-facing of two buildings and a demolishing and rebuilding of the third. Lehman Autoworld leased two structures 40’ wide x 75’ long insulated with a 30’ wide x 30’ long drive-through for their sales and service center at a new property recently purchased. Lehman chose Sprung for a number of reasons – a high quality, energy efficient, clean interior sales space that will keep their CSI high, and the obvious branding on the structures. These structure are located in Doral, FL (Miami area) and are designed to meet 175 MPH winds as per the Florida building code, and the glazing wall is complete with High Impact Resistant Glass. Lehman Autoworld decided to exercise the Lease Purchase Option for future expansion plans.

Two AutoNation dealerships in Littleton, Colorado were faced with the decision of starting a new remodel to update both of their existing dealership facilities.
For the Jeep Chrysler Dealership a 4,500 sq ft insulated sales office with large glazing glass walls on both flat ends and 40’ x 45’ non-insulated structure connected by a 10’ connecting corridor offering 4 large Rolling Service Door bays, 2 at each end as a VIP quality car care center offering “out of weather” pick-up and drop-off service.
This dealership has watched sales numbers grow from 180 to 250 cars sold in the 1st month since moving into their new Sprung structures.
The second dealership, Ford Dealership, was a 50’ wide x 105’ long Sprung structure.
