The MrBeast team approached Sprung with an ambitious goal: to design and deliver the largest purpose-built single sound stage in North America. This need arose after the project’s original design, which followed traditional construction methods, exceeded budget and fell behind schedule. After speaking with the producers of the television series The Chosen and touring their Sprung sound stage, the MrBeast team determined that a Sprung structure would be the most cost-effective and time-efficient solution to bring their own soundstage project
back on track.

Sprung provided a 47,250-square-foot, state-of-the-art sound stage facility, which is anchored on a 10-foot-high concrete wall. Constructed in an impressive timeframe of approximately six months, the sound stage incorporates a variety of innovative features, including a 40’ x 40’ electrically operated bi-parting door system that allows for the seamless movement of large items into and out of the structure, ensuring that sets can be designed and built with ease.
The facility also features a multilayer sound attenuation system with STC ratings that surpass industry standards. This system guarantees superior sound quality and isolation, making it an ideal environment for high-quality studio recordings.
