南太平洋と北アフリカの会議がワーウィック ル ラゴンで開催されることになり、スタッフは、リゾート拡大のニーズを満たすには既存の会議スペースでは狭すぎると判断しました。新しい建造物が必要でした。
迅速な解決策を広範囲に探した結果、3ヶ月のスケジュールで建設でき、同国の厳しい建築基準法の要件（地震活動や時速125マイルの台風風荷重に耐えられる構造）を満たすエンジニアリング構造を供給するため、スプラングが選ばれました。スプラングが納入したのは、90フィート×120フィートの完全断熱構造で、特別に設計された仮設の仕切り壁があるため、スペース内に小さな会議室を作ることができます。
