ヤカマネーションは、トッペニシュのホームレスシェルターと新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID）隔離施設の両方を兼ねた建造物を迅速に建設する必要がありました。しかし、設計と計画が始まって5ヶ月が経過した頃、このプロジェクトのニーズは少し変化し、ホームレスシェルターを含む司令センターへと変わりました。
スプラング社はRPMチームと連携し、ヤカマ・ネーションの必要条件を満たす完全な設計施工ソリューションを提供した。その結果、トライバル・コマンド・センターとして知られるこの施設は、幅60フィート×長さ300フィートの構造で、連結された6つのモジュール式サポート・ユニットがあり、100床の宿舎、スタッフ・オフィス、倉庫、業務用キッチンを備えている。この施設は周辺コミュニティに必要不可欠なサービスを提供している。
