スプラングが設計・施工した2棟の完全断熱構造の建物は、ゴルフクラブのプレミアムイベントスペースとして利用されています。広々としたクリアスパンの内装に加え、自然光を最大限に取り入れるためのデイライトパネルと大きな窓が特徴で、スプラングが提供した連絡通路でつながっており、クラブの本館ともつながっているため、利便性が最大限に考慮されています。
周囲の環境に溶け込む繊細な外観を持つスプラングの施設は、最大400人を快適に収容できます。
