クリアクリーク・タホでは、コースの既存の建物や景観に違和感なく溶け込むゴルフカート用倉庫を必要としていました。関係者は、収納スペースを十分に確保しながらも、スマートで控えめな外観にすることを希望していました。そこで、費用対効果が高く、耐久性のあるソリューションを求めて、スプラングに依頼しました。
スプラングは、カスタムメイドのパントーンカラーに合わせたカイナー膜材を使用した、40フィート×120フィートの非断熱建造物を設計・納入しました。また、ゴルフカートを最大限に収納できる広々としたクリアスパンの内装を採用しました。カート用倉庫には、自然光を最大限取り入れるためのデイライトパネル、2つのシングルパーソネルドア、建物の片側にスライド式貨物用ドアが設置され、簡単にカートにアクセスできるようになっています。
