わずか3週間で、スプラングは特許取得済みのテンション膜技術を使用した、耐久性と費用対効果の高い建造物を完成させました。建造物の片側には大きなローリング式サービスドアがあり、反対側には請負業者の作業場となるスチールコンテナが突き当たっていました。高性能な設計により、この建物は鉄骨ビルに比べて優れた利点を提供しました。
