1998年、サウス・ジョーダン市は、ウルフ・マウンテンのスプラング建造物が利用可能になるとの知らせを受け、リゾートおよびスプラングと、建物の取得と移転のロジスティクスとコストについて協議しました。サウス・ジョーダン市議会、市長、市民は、サウス・ジョーダン市の公共事業課の当面のニーズを効果的に満たすために、この建物を購入し、改修するための予想コストが低いことに満足しました。
幅88.6フィート、長さ230フィートの建造物は解体され、ユタ州ウェスト・ジョーダンにあるスプラング工場に運ばれ、再加工、洗浄、そして整備エリアとは別のオフィススペースが設けられました。その後、この建造物は、市の車両整備用の公共事業施設として、また公共事業スタッフのオフィスとして、市の敷地内に再び設置されました。
