Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy needed a flexible venue capable of hosting concerts, exhibitions, conferences and large public events. Local leaders and business partners envisioned a multifunctional facility that could revitalize public spaces, support local culture and create new opportunities for community engagement year-round.
HOW SPRUNG DELIVERED
Sprung delivered a fully insulated structure designed to accommodate up to 2,400 people. Built using our patented tensioned-membrane technology, the versatile space supports a variety of needs. Key features include a roller-skating rink, an indoor playground, a children’s labyrinth, slot machines and a café.
The structure’s insulated “soft wall” enhances acoustics, contributing to strong sound quality for concerts and performances. Since opening in 2010, Rollerdrom — also known as Roll Rock Hall — has become a popular community destination, hosting concerts, celebrations and public events while attracting internationally recognized performers to the region.
