The hotel urgently needed to add a new hospitality area but had limited space on its property.
How Sprung Delivered
After careful comparison between the benefits of a traditional building and those of a Sprung structure, staff at the Marriott concluded they could build a Sprung structure for about half the cost of traditional construction, in about two-thirds the time.
Erected where unused tennis courts previously stood, the 70’ x 120’ structure was completed in under three months and features an energy-efficient insulation package and an attractive yet flexible interior space.
