Architectural Membrane

Customers may select from an extensive variety of membrane colors to suit the structure's application, physical location, and to complement corporate branding. Custom color requirements can be met through special orders. The clean, bright, highly tensioned finish of our structure provides an ideal display area for graphic treatments.

Fire Resistance

The architectural membranes are the result of extensive research, development and on-site testing. They possess exceptional fire retardant and UV resistance capbilities and pass the following fire tests as outlined in the building codes; California State Fire Marshall, UBC 31-1, NFPA 701, ASTM-E-84 and the Canadian standard ULC-S_109 and ULC-S-102.2-03.

Sprung Instant Structures offers two membrane choices:

Option 1 - Polyurethane coated architectural membrane.

Membrane Details... Weighs approximately 18 oz. per square yard. Proven polyurethane top coating extends membrane life. Available from inventory in opaque white, tan or gray. Additional colors available by special order. 12-year pro-rata guarantee.

Available colors... Shell White Desert Sand Granite Gray * Additional colors available by special order. Color samples cannot be considered totally accurate matches. Please refer to the actual color chart when ordering.

Tedlar^TM Option 2 - Dupont Tedlar^TM coated architectural membrane.

Membrane Details... Weighs approximately 24 oz. per square yard. Tedlar exterior protective film guards against UV and airborne contaminants and dramatically extends membrane life. Available in a large selection of colors. 20-year pro-rata guarantee.
