The Ask

Clear Creek Tahoe needed a golf cart barn that would blend in seamlessly with the course’s existing out-buildings and scenic surroundings. Stakeholders wanted the structure to have a sleek, low-profile appearance while still providing plenty of space for storage. They turned to Sprung for a cost-effective, durable solution.

How Sprung Delivered

Sprung designed and delivered a 40’ x 120’ non-insulated structure with a custom Pantone color-matched Kynar membrane and a spacious, clear-span interior for maximum golf cart storage. The cart barn also features daylight panels for optimum natural light, two single personnel doors, and a sliding cargo door on one side of the building, allowing for easy cart access.
