THE ASK
Lilly needed temporary office space for its executive teams during the construction of its new, $2-billion plant. Rather than modular trailers, which are commonly used as temporary office space, the company wanted to find an alternative solution that would help ensure comfort, productivity and collaboration among its employees.
HOW SPRUNG DELIVERED
Sprung provided two 100’ x 135’ structures, each one featuring 125 workstations, four conference rooms, four enclaves (retreat rooms), nine focus booths, one resource area and two restrooms, as well as a cafe and break rooms. Structures were occupied approximately six months after delivery.
