After many years of deliberation and looking at all forms of construction, the largest Indian Nation in the world decided to erect a Sprung structure for their first Casino. Through a competitive bid and RFP process, Sprung was selected as the preferred building supplier based on experience, speed of erection, engineering capability and lease option for their project. Sprung, in conjunction with JCJ AIA and Sicon Construction Management designed, fabricated and delivered 46,000 sq ft of building in short order to meet the client’s aggressive construction schedule.
From ground breaking to gaming in just over four months, the 46,000 square feet of Sprung structure creates a beautiful, modern look with breathtaking views of the Church Rock and the surrounding mountains. The Nation also incorporated a beautiful graphics package of Native American icons that surrounds the buildings. A panoramic glazing wall with windows allows views overlooking the mountains from the casino’s fine dining restaurant.
The facility offers bingo, dining, entertainment, poker/cards, and 422 slot machines. This facility, located just outside of Gallup, New Mexico, is already adding 200 slot machines and has exceeded its revenue projections by three fold according to Bob Winters, CEO. This is a truly state-of-the-art, first-class gaming facility.
