
Region 7 Substation
Richland County, South Carolina had to meet the ever growing need for additional Sheriff substations throughout the county. Due to the very high maintenance costs experienced with traditional built county buildings, Richland County decided to look into alternatives. After extensive research, Richland County chose to use a Sprung structure instead of a traditional building for their next substation, to help lower costs.
This 40′ wide x 70′ long substation is fully equipped to handle everything from laundering clothes, to showers, to holding public meetings.
